Program description
Typically, veterans begin one of three programs at Goodwill designed to help them find jobs:

• individual training
• compensated work training (CWT) or
• vocational rehabilitation and employment (VR&E)

Participants in individual training receive funding assistance to help them complete training in a specific line of work. Veterans in individual training can choose from a list of providers that have been approved by the state, including Goodwill’s Business Career Education classes and Computer Graphics Training program.

For veterans who have a service-connected disability, the VR&E program provides intense, one-on-one assistance from Goodwill to help them find jobs that match their abilities.

Entry requirements
Individuals must be a veteran of the United States military.
