Auto Auction
Goodwill Auto Auctions are scheduled weekly throughout the year at Indiana Public Auto Auction, 1340 S. Madison Ave (just three blocks off I-70) in Indianapolis. Most auctions are scheduled on Tuesdays and begin at 6 p.m. Visitors may preview the cars and trucks at the auction site one hour before the sale begins and on Saturdays from 10 a.m. - 2 p.m. Test drives are not available, and all automobiles are sold in an “as-is” condition.

Payment and Pick-up
The Goodwill Auto Auction accepts cash, money orders, certified checks and credit cards (Visa and Mastercard). A $300 cash deposit is required to bid. The deposit is applied toward your purchase or refunded without purchase. Personal checks are not accepted. Full payment must be made by close on the Wednesday following the auction, and the purchaser must remove the automobile one week from the original auction date (prior to the start of the next Tuesday auction). Any car exiting the lot must have a dealer plate, be registered with a valid plate or be towed from the lot.
* Goodwill Industries of Central Indiana does not offer any programs where cars donated to Goodwill are distributed to qualifying individuals in need of automobiles.
The sale of donated automobiles helps financially support Goodwill's employment and educational services in central Indiana.
