Rules for Reduce – Reuse –Donate to Goodwill
- Customers must enter Nov. 20-22, to be eligible for the Brooks & Dunn VIP weekend or Goodwill gift certificate prizes. Winners will be randomly selected on Monday, Nov. 23, and contacted by Goodwill.
- Customers must enter from 11 a.m.-1 p.m. Saturday, Nov. 21, only at the Keystone Goodwill Store, 6110 N. Keystone Ave., to be eligible to win two Indianapolis Colts tickets for the Dec. 13 game. The winner of the tickets will be drawn at the end of the event.
- One entry per day per customer please.
- Customers must be 18 or older to enter the drawing.
- No purchase necessary to enter.
- Goodwill employees and members of their households are not eligible.
- Winners cannot redeem gift certificates or other prizes for cash.
- Winners need not be present to win.

Goodwill opens new, larger Muncie store
Because of growing public support during Goodwill’s 13 years at the existing store, Goodwill opened a larger, more convenient location at 9 a.m. on Tuesday, Sept. 22, and the grand opening sales were the second-largest in Goodwill's history. The new location at 5035 W. Hessler Road offers customers more selection of brand-name merchandise at everyday low prices.
This brand new location is being built behind the existing location and is almost 6,000 square feet larger than the current store. Donors will be able to experience the convenience of dropping off gently-used clothing and other items at the double drive-thru donation center. This will mark Goodwill’s 43rd retail store in central Indiana.
“The Muncie area residents have been very good for Goodwill,” said Kent A. Kramer, vice president of retail operations, a Muncie native and 1985 graduate of Muncie Central High School. “We are pleased to offer a larger, more convenient store to better serve the wonderful donors and shoppers who have supported us for many years.” Kramer, who has been with Goodwill since 2002 and oversees Goodwill’s Retail Division, said he caught “the retail bug” in Muncie. His grandfather owned White’s grocery stores, and when Kramer was in high school, he started his retail career bagging groceries and stocking shelves at Wise Supermarket on Walnut Street.
Along with wall-to-wall designer clothes, household items, books and toys, the new store boasts 16,000 square feet, four checkout lanes, a double donation drive-thru center, and 38 employees. Store hours are 9 a.m.-9 p.m. Monday-Saturday and Noon-6 p.m. Sunday.
Goodwill auto auctions scheduled
Goodwill auto auctions are scheduled for most Saturdays throughout the year. Upcoming auction dates are:
All auctions start at noon and are conducted at the Marion County Auction, 1300 S. Tibbs Ave., Indianapolis. Previews of the vehicles are available from 10 a.m.-4 p.m. the Friday before the auction at the South Tibbs site. A listing is available by clicking here.
