Replacement Card

New Card Number

1. Pick up a new Goodwill Rewards Card at your local Goodwill store in central Indiana, and enter your 14-digit card number.

Click “Replace,” your donation history, rewards, spending, and account information should all transfer to your new card.

OR

2. Pick up a new Goodwill Rewards Card at your local Goodwill store in central Indiana, and fill out a new application.

Make sure you mark replacement card on the application.

Please Note:
-Once your new card is activated, your old card cannot be used.
-All of your rewards, personal information, purchase/donation history are transferred to your new card.
